A 6.5-metre aluminium electric sloop
The AluShip E-Sloep 650 is where the range first seats eight. It keeps the low, open sloop layout for inland water, in a hull cut and welded from aluminium in Steenwijk.
The numbers
6.5 m long, 2.50 m in the beam, 685 kg, drawing 0.60 m with an air draught of 1.20 m. Certified for 8 people, CE design category D. The builder
AluShip is a Dutch builder in Steenwijk working in 5083-grade aluminium and making its own hulls. The E-Sloep range runs to 9.5 m; the E-TNDR tenders and Bakdekker deck cruisers sit alongside.
